I enjoyed my stay at the New York Hotel in Phnom Penh. The location couldn't be better—right near central attractions like the National Museum and Sisowath Quay, making it easy to explore on foot. My room was spacious, offering a comfortable bed that made it easy to unwind after a day out. Breakfast provided decent options, enough to fuel my mornings. the WiFi situation was frustrating. In my room, the signal was weak. On one occasion, I was unable to access any internet unless I bought a local SIM card, which was annoying. The furniture in my room needed updating, as some pieces looked quite dated.

I faced some serious inconveniences. There was no power socket available for my laptop. the wires were just exposed, which felt unsafe. Breakfast was lackluster, with stale bread and only watermelon as the offering. getting to the breakfast area was a challenge—dark, empty, and no one around to guide me. I was concerned about the cleanliness, too, with grayish towels and generally unkempt facilities. Finally, noise from the busy street made it hard to relax at times.

i had a great time at new york hotel! the location is super convenient, close to all the must-see spots. my superior double room was spacious and udderly comfy. staff were friendly and quite helpful, always making sure i was okay. breakfast was good too and had plenty of choices!
the wifi was pretty weak in my room, which was annoying. also, some of the furniture looks a bit outdated and could use a refresh.

The location was fantastic, allowing us easy access to major tourist attractions and vibrant market areas nearby. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful, making our stay much more enjoyable.
